Our Promise

Step 1:

Create an account on EMARATAX portal under e-services (link: https://eservices.tax.gov.ae/)
To create an account, you will need a valid email d and mobile number to receive a One Time Password (OTP) to authenticate your contact details. This account should be created under a natural person name and not on company name.

Step 2:

Select User Profile – mostly it will be “Taxable Person”

Step 3:

Create New taxable person profile. This profile should be created under Business Name and there is an option to upload Business Logo as well.

Step 4:

Once Taxable person is created, under view option, you can apply for Value Added Tax (VAT) registration.
Businesses need to complete 8-page application form online to apply for VAT Registration.
